Staff made me offer on Xbox 360 with kinect(was going out if town to buy one and price was matched... although normal prices) Saved money on games....Was offered deals on controllers...FREE LAYAWAY..have already started my holiday shopping here!

Looks like I will be the one to break the negitive cycle. Just bought a beauty of a rifle for a fair price. The staff was friendly and kept me engaged in small talk while the paperwork went through. Afterwards, since it was raining, he even offered to find me a old soft case for it, fortunately I always carry one in the car just in case. As of now I have nothing but good to say about this place.
It has not been the most pleasant at this point in time. I know it's a pawn shop but at the same time this place is very unorganized and the customer service is lacking. I don't know how many times I've paid pawn interest on the same item and the been told that it was enough, even though the receipt said so. Even after they look at the receipt their like we'll if you want us to hold it we need more money! I will not use this pawn shop in the future. If you want to be treated right then go see Ron Frank in Pulaski. I've learned my lesson
