I’ve been coming to Happy Nails and off for about 5 months. The owner greeted me right away ( A+ to you ). The staff was a sweetheart and worked very good. Prices are very reasonable. Thank you very much guys. So I will definitely go back.
Came here today with my 3 year old daughter for pedicures ,and the gentleman who took care of us was beyond fantastic! He was so patient and good with her and me as well. I couldn't have asked for better! We will definitely be back here for pedicures! Thank you so much for taking care of us!!!
The man who did my nails just getting a fill in he filled old gel off and then got up and said I'll be back 3 minutes he came back and smelled like smoke. He was also very rude. He cut a couple of my fingers and filled a nail so far down i can't touch anything with it. And didn't take his time my nails have paint missing off of some of them and they are catching on my clothes. But the woman who did my sisters nails was great and took her time.
When I moved to Radford I went to them faithfully every 2 or 3 weeks because they did my nails so good. the last time I went they charged me extra then what my normal price usually is. Idk if it was a slow day for them or what but that's not how you do business. I shouldn't have to pay 40$ for a FILL IN. ON TOP OF THAT my sister got a full set with gel and almost all of her nails were off after a week and a half after she was charged 45$. Idk if it's the area or what but I never heard of a fill in that was 40$. On another note the salon charged extra for longer nails just because it's unpopular in this area. AND they're lazy they don't feel like doing them. They won't ever get my business again.
This place is horrible !!! They are absolutely the rudest people EVER ..they treat their customers poorly ..also, the male nail tech, with what looks like acne scars, cut very deep into my nail and believe me, it was Very painful. My finger started hurting so bad that I almost cried ..I kept telling him that he was , me .. but he continued to work on my nail ..Well .. before I could even get back home, my finger was throbbing,swollen and getting red !! By morning, it had fever in it ! ! .Needless to say , within 6 days my finger had gotten infected and I lost the nail. It has been several weeks now and there are no signs of a new nail coming back. So, I pray iff you are planning on going there " STOP " and find you another salon ..Please !!
