If I could have gave a 0 star I would. I asked them to give me layers because my hair was too heavy on top and to not take any off length. I told her just to even up bangs. Not only did she not take hardly anything off top, so it's still heavy and flat, but she took too much off length and my bangs look like my daughter cut them in first grade. HORRIBLE!! My daughter is getting married in a month and I'm gonna look like an idiot. Besides that she said it was $16, and when I get to counter they charged me 22 because she used the dryer which she didn't tell me. The girl was so inexperienced she was trying to dry my hair and my hair wasn't even blowing. She was pointing the dryer towards air not my head. Then she tried to curl my 1st grader bangs and had them sticking straight out! Had to rewet my hair, and I had to dry my hair myself and try to fix my bangs. Now I've got to find a salon to fix my hair. Guess, I should have known better. Ive never gotten a good cut at one of these. Usually cut it myself. Awful, inexperienced! Do NOT go here!!!!!!!!

When the hell is this salon even open? The online hrs say 8am-8pm, but I have never seen a soul open before 10am! I realize this is a hair salon in a Wal Mart, so I'm not demanding the hairdressers lavish me with expensive wines and cheeses while rubbing my feet in the finest mineral oils and bathing my hair in luxurious shampoos made from gold flakes and yak piss, but it would be nice to be able to stop by for a quick trim during normal business hrs! I want to be able to get my hair cut at the same place I purchase my car tires. Very frustrating.
